Dear Kainan University Students,

The new semester is about to begin, and we are very excited to welcome you! Below, we provide the following application announcement to help you understand the application process and important details:

  1. Application Period: The application period is as indicated on the website. Late applications will not be accepted.

  2. Application Method: Please visit the Kainan University website and click on "New Semester Application" to fill in the required information and complete your application.

  3. Important Notes:

    • Please ensure that your personal information and transcript are accurate.
    • If you have any questions, please contact the Kainan University Mandarin Center.
    • After applying, please check school announcements and emails to confirm your application status and follow-up procedures.
    • The Mandarin Center is separate from the undergraduate department, so please make sure to apply in the correct section.
  4. Highly Important Information:

    • Once students have obtained their visa, they must notify the center via email at mandarin@gapps.knu.edu.tw. The center will confirm the student’s accommodation status before issuing the tuition payment slip.
    • After completing the tuition payment, students must send the payment receipt via email to the center for confirmation and to be added to the arrival group for further communication.
